Reportix Organize PDF Pages is a visual PDF page organizer for fixing page order and page orientation before a document is shared, submitted, printed or archived. It is designed for page-level changes: drag to reorder PDF pages, rotate pages that were scanned sideways, delete pages you do not need, and insert a custom cover or section separator where the document needs clearer structure.

Unlike an image-based workflow, the organizer does not turn each original page into a screenshot before export. Original PDF pages are copied into the new document, helping retain selectable/searchable text, vector artwork and the quality already present in the source PDF. Cover and separator pages created in Reportix are added as new PDF pages.

Privacy and File Processing

Your selected PDF is processed in your browser. The document is read locally to create previews and build the organized output; the PDF itself is not uploaded to Reportix servers by this tool. This is useful when working with business reports, contracts, project records or other documents you prefer to keep on your device.

The page uses third-party JavaScript libraries delivered from content delivery networks to provide PDF reading and page-processing functions, and the Reportix website uses Google Analytics and the main Google AdSense script. These website services are separate from the local PDF-processing workflow.

Browser-based processing also means performance depends on your device, available memory, PDF complexity and number of pages. A very large or graphics-heavy PDF can take longer to preview or export than a small text document.
