Effective Date: August 1, 2026  •  Last Updated: August 22, 2026

By accessing Reportix.co or using any Reportix tool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or its services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Reportix (“Reportix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of Reportix.co, including any tools, pages, features, content, interfaces, and related services made available through the website.

Your continued use of Reportix after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. About Reportix

Reportix provides online productivity tools that may include PDF utilities, image-processing tools, document converters, invoice and business tools, resume builders, QR code tools, educational resources, and selected AI-powered features.

Some tools operate entirely within your browser, while others may require temporary server-side processing or may rely on third-party infrastructure to perform the requested function.

3. Eligibility

You may use Reportix only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you use Reportix on behalf of a company, organization, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Children should use Reportix only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult where required by applicable law.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Reportix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the website and its tools for lawful personal, educational, professional, or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Reportix, your uploaded files, and your generated outputs comply with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, professional obligations, and third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Reportix to:

  • Upload, create, process, distribute, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, data-protection, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
  • Process files or information that you do not have authority or permission to use.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, corrupted files, automated attacks, or security threats.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, security measures, or technical restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit Reportix systems or content except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website or interferes with other users.
  • Misrepresent generated content as independently verified, certified, legally approved, or professionally validated when it is not.

6. Uploaded Content and User Responsibility

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in files, text, images, logos, data, and other material you upload or submit to Reportix (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for that content and for having the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to process it.

You grant Reportix and relevant service providers a limited permission to receive, process, transmit, temporarily store, transform, and return User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate the requested tool, maintain security, prevent abuse, and provide the service.

Do not upload highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, classified, or regulated information unless you have assessed the risks and confirmed that the relevant tool and processing method are appropriate for that information.

7. File Processing and Downloads

Some Reportix tools process files locally in your browser. Other tools may transmit files to a server or third-party service for temporary processing. Processing methods can differ between tools and may change as services are improved.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your final output. Reportix does not guarantee that uploaded files or generated outputs will remain available after processing, page refresh, browser closure, session expiry, server cleanup, or service interruption.

Always keep an independent backup of important original files before using any online editing, conversion, compression, or document-processing service.

8. AI-Powered Features

Some Reportix features may use artificial intelligence to improve, translate, summarize, classify, format, or generate text and other content. AI output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, inappropriate wording, or invented details.

You must review and verify AI-generated or AI-assisted content before relying on it, publishing it, submitting it, or using it for legal, medical, financial, engineering, safety, employment, academic, regulatory, or other high-impact purposes.

Reportix does not guarantee that AI output is original, accurate, complete, suitable, non-infringing, or accepted by any authority, client, employer, school, platform, or professional body.

9. Accuracy and Suitability of Results

Reportix tools are designed to provide practical assistance, but results may vary depending on input quality, document structure, fonts, language, image resolution, browser capabilities, device limitations, network conditions, third-party services, and technical constraints.

You are responsible for reviewing output files for accuracy, completeness, formatting, calculations, page order, translations, signatures, stamps, personal data, and suitability before using or sharing them.

Generated invoices, resumes, reports, calculations, converted documents, and similar outputs are templates or automated results and do not constitute professional advice, certification, approval, or legal compliance.

10. Accounts, Access, and Security

Certain current or future services may require an account, access token, subscription, or other authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for activity performed through your account or device.

You must promptly notify Reportix through the Contact Us page if you reasonably believe that unauthorized access, misuse, or a security issue has occurred in connection with your use of the service.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Reportix name, website design, software, interfaces, branding, graphics, text, tool layouts, and original content are owned by or licensed to Reportix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Reportix intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or create derivative services from protected Reportix materials except with prior written permission or as expressly allowed by law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Reportix may use or link to third-party hosting, analytics, advertising, mapping, payment, artificial-intelligence, conversion, storage, content-delivery, or other services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Reportix does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, pricing, actions, outputs, or practices of independent third parties. Accessing third-party services is at your own discretion and risk.

13. Advertising

Reportix may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks. Advertising providers may use cookies, device information, or similar technologies as explained in the Reportix Privacy Policy and the provider's own policies.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean that Reportix endorses, guarantees, or verifies the advertiser, product, service, offer, claim, or external website.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any tool, feature, interface, file limit, processing method, free service, or part of Reportix at any time. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.

Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security incidents, high demand, network problems, browser incompatibility, or other events may delay or prevent access to a service.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reportix and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Reportix disclaims, to the extent legally permitted, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, security, compatibility, and satisfactory quality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reportix, its owners, operators, contributors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, reputation, data, files, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Reportix.

Reportix is not responsible for errors in output, failed conversions, file corruption, lost downloads, business decisions, rejected documents, inaccurate AI content, third-party conduct, unauthorized user uploads, or reliance on information generated through the website.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reportix and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of Reportix, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Reportix or any service where we reasonably believe that use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms other users, disrupts the service, or exposes Reportix or a third party to liability.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing-law provisions—will remain effective.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Reportix tools, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or third-party services. The revised Terms will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed.

You should review this page periodically. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional website notice where appropriate.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Reportix, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Reportix and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.

Users should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on generated content for important decisions.

26. Force Majeure

Reportix will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, cyberattacks, governmental actions, power outages, labor disputes, pandemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
