How to make a business card online

Logo Upload and Brand Color Matching
Upload PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG artwork for the front or back of the card. The editor can sample prominent colors from the uploaded logo and present them as selectable color chips. You can apply those colors to the design or continue with manual controls. This is especially useful when a logo already defines the brand palette and you want the card background, accent and supporting colors to feel coordinated rather than randomly chosen.
Logo tip: A transparent logo normally gives you more flexibility on dark, light and colored card backgrounds. After uploading, check both the on-screen front/back preview and the exported file before sending the design for printing.
Website QR vs. Save-Contact QR
The QR control has two practical modes. Website QR encodes the website entered in the editor so scanning can open that address. Save Contact QR builds a vCard from the contact fields so compatible phones can offer the recipient a faster way to add the person to contacts. Because the QR is part of the editable card, you can move it and adjust its size while keeping the code square.
Before printing a large batch, scan the final exported QR from another phone. A QR that is made extremely small, covered by another object or printed with poor contrast may become harder to scan.
Front and Back Business Card Design
A double-sided business card gives you room to separate identity from secondary information. PNG, JPG or PDF: Which Export Should You Use?
PNG is useful when you want a crisp image for digital sharing or to place the card artwork into another workflow. JPG is convenient when broad image compatibility and smaller file size are useful. PDF keeps the design in a portable document format that is convenient for sharing and review. Printing requirements vary by print provider, so confirm the printer's requested dimensions, bleed, color profile and file format before ordering a large print run.
Privacy and File Processing
The current Reportix Business Card Studio performs the card editing and export workflow in the browser. The tool code does not send the logo file or business-card project to a Reportix processing endpoint as part of the editor workflow. Your browser still loads the external resources used by the page, such as fonts, JavaScript libraries, Google Analytics and the main Google AdSense script. Avoid entering information you do not want displayed on the finished card, and review the Reportix Privacy Policy for site-level information.
